A Message to Our Customers
During these unpredictable times, our goal is to provide you with critical personal protective equipment (PPE) to help keep you safe. Consistent with Guam Public Law 35-74, we are committed to providing necessary health products at fair prices, no price gouging, no false promises. We utilize our established logistics channels to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain as well as expedited processing so we can reach our customers as quickly as possible. Our legal team reviews all U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) listing guidelines to ensure all of our products comply with authorized uses of PPE (see below for further information).
Helping Our Community: Donating COVID-19 PPE Supplies
ShieldPro is grateful to the hardworking and essential business owners working tirelessly to keep our world turning. To show our thanks and help with the fight against the coronavirus, we have donated lifesaving face shields and masks to our local government and clinics. If your clinic or organization is in need of donations, please email us at agency@idealadvertising.net and we will respond on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note: because of the large demand for our products, we may not be able to fulfill all requests and, at times, may be directed to comply with local government allocation based on severe need.
How We Comply with Federal Requirements: Beware of Non-Approved Products
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the US FDA has declared an EUA listing guidelines to comply with authorized use of PPE. ShieldPro has complied with all FDA EUA regulations and labeling guidelines for our products, and all our manufacturing is listed on FDA EUA Appendix A which authorizes the use of our PPE to be utilized in personal, commercial, and medical settings for the duration of the EUA.
We strongly recommend you review the FDA EUA website for up-to-date guidance, suggested decontamination methods, and further instruction on PPE usage.
Further Product Information
While our face shields plastic can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and water, our products are designed to be disposable and not intended for multiple long term use. Our PPE does not guarantee prevention of infection from microbes or viruses, and is not effective against radiation. Our products are not intended to be used around a flame or high heat. Face shield sponge and band are to be worn comfortably around the head; masks can be adjusted with straps to ensure tight seal around your face.
